Thomas Hays is a native Floridian. Born in Miami and raised in Sebastian, he is a proud graduate of Sebastian River High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2019.
An adventurer at heart, Thomas has spent years traveling across the U.S., exploring new places, and meeting people from all walks of life. That love of connecting with others carried into his career—he spent more than 10 years in direct sales of home automation and solar products, where he built lasting relationships and learned the importance of truly listening to people’s needs.
After returning home to Indian River County, Thomas earned his Health and Life Insurance License and joined the ABS family. Today, he is passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance options with care, patience, and clarity—making the process simple and stress-free.
When he’s not working with clients, Thomas enjoys the outdoors—hiking, fishing, golfing, or tending to the many varieties of peppers he grows in his garden as part of his quest to create the perfect hot sauce.
